Tomix FM-006 First Car Museum Display Unit, N700A Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen "Nozomi"

Prototype Information

The N700A series Shinkansen trains (N700 Advanced) are overhauled versions of the N700 series. The N700A began operating along the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines in 2013. While its role as the flagship Nozomi superexpress service set has since been replaced by newer N700S sets, N700A sets still operate on Kodama all-stops and Hikari express services.

Product Information

Tomix's First Car Museum series allows you to display your favorite Japanese trains on your desk, bookshelf or other desired location without needing to construct a full layout or purchase fully-equipped motorized models. Each entry in this series replicates the lead vehicle of a popular or famous Japanese train type as a non-running static model that can be displayed on its own or with a separately sold First Car Museum Power Unit (FM-017) which uses battery power to illuminate the model and simulate a train depot or tunnel portal.
