The E235 series is the newest trainset operating on the Yamanote Line, JR East's 34.5km (21.4 mile) commuter rail loop which connects areas of the Tokyo metropolis and offers convenient transfers to/from other JR East lines, private rail operators and several Shinkansen high speed services at various stations.

Product Information

Tomix's First Car Museum series allows you to display your favorite Japanese trains on your desk, bookshelf or other desired location without needing to construct a full layout or purchase fully-equipped motorized models. Each entry in this series replicates the lead vehicle of a popular or famous Japanese train type as a non-running static model that can be displayed on its own or with a separately sold First Car Museum Power Unit (FM-017) which uses battery power to illuminate the model and simulate a train depot or tunnel portal.
