Tomix 90182 N Starter Set, SD N700S Series Shinkansen (Nozomi) w/ Fine Track, Power Pack (Standard DC)

Prototype Information

JR Central developed the N700S series Shinkansen in the mid-late 2010s as a successor to their N700A series trainsets. The N700 "Supreme" includes several technological advances over previous versions of the various 700 series Shinkansen designs. Currently, N700S sets operate over the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines running Nozomi superexpress service from Tokyo to Hakata, as well as some other express services.

This complete starter set includes everything needed to get started:

Four-unit N700S series Shinkansen set comprising cars 1, 5, 14 and 16 from the full Nozomi formation. A full 16-car formation can be recreated by combining this product with the separately sold Tomix 98425 Add-on Set A and Tomix 98426 Add-on Set B.
